Set amid ten acres of wooded grounds, Thorpe House School provides a friendly, nurturing environment that enables girls to develop their own character, personality and talents, all the way through from nursery to GCSE.

Social skills including drama and public speaking are central to our curriculum. From age three, girls learn dance in our fully-equipped studio. From age four, they study swimming in our modern, heated pool and tennis with a specialist coach.

Thorpe House girls gain, on average, at least one grade higher in every GCSE subject than might have been expected of them. In 2008, they achieved the best GCSE results of any non-selective school in the county.
